Katrina is known as the CrossFit Drill Sergeant.  She is CrossFit Level 1.  Katrina likes Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting.  Her motto:  Let’s Go, Let’s Go, Let’s Go.  She is very passionate about helping CrossFit athletes reach their potential.  Katrina will help you find your max effort, even when you your body says stop, she will squeeze a little more fuel out of you when you thought you were empty.
