Every Saturday 9am experience a FREE Trial CrossFit workout. (1 trial per client)
The workout is scaled down from the regular CrossFit Work Out of the Day (WOD) because all members are required to attend a CrossFit “On-Ramp” class which teaches new members the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit. The On-Ramp class is to ensure your future CrossFit WODs are safe, efficient and successful. On-Ramp classes are available Mon-Thur 630pm. Appointments are required. 530am (Tue & Thur)
ONRAMP (101 CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS) – This is a 6 day mandatory basic program taught at 6:30 PM – Must be completed before attending regular classes. Details about the schedule will be given at sign up. Coach Adam Sayih and Andrea Rico
