This camp is 4 hours every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. – SUMMER CAMP

Speed and strength “To be a Champion, you need the SKILLS and PLAN to work like a Champion!”.

BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED ATHLETES

IMPROVE YOUR SPEED, STRENGTH, NUTRITION and ENDURANCE.

Coaches include Jim Sayih, MS, CSCS, Toughest Cop Alive at 911 CrossFit. CrossFit,

Strength Trainer Adam Sayih.

Classes will be divided into 3 stations, beginning with an hour of Nutrition, then the group is divided into 3 stations where they rotate every hour.  They include power-lifting, speed-agility, then strength.

AGES:   BOYS AND GIRLS - 9th Grade thru 12th Grade Strength & Conditioning Programming

  • Mon, Wed & Friday – 930am  -  1230pm
  • RUNNING FROM:    TO BE DETERMINED – SUMMER ONLY
  • WEEKLY CAMPS  (bring a snack) – $150.00 a week
