Attention all CrossFit athletes! 911 CrossFit is proud to announce that 911 CrossFit will be hosting “RAID” in Cooper City, FL. Registration is now open at www.RAID-Games.com. Opening ceremonies begin August 11 at 8am. This competition is open to the public and all CrossFit athletes are encouraged and welcomed to participate. The cost to participate is $55. Four divisions are available including Rx, Scaled, to allow for maximum participation, high energy and introduce CrossFit to new competitors, Masters (40+) and Kids (9-11). Cash prizes and medals will be awarded. The goal of RAID is to promote a competitive fitness experience among 911 responders, fitness enthusiasts, local affiliates and families who want to challenge themselves to extreme fitness and have fun. Experienced coaches and volunteers will judge the competition to count repetitions, adhere to movement standards and validate scores.
